The MediaTek Helio P25, succeeded by the Helio G25, is an octa-core processor with a maximum CPU frequency of 2.6GHz. It supports up to 6GB of LPDDR4x memory and features a dual ISP capable of handling dual 13MP cameras or a single 24MP camera. The processor is built on a 16nm FinFET+ process node and includes Bluetooth, FM radio, Wi-Fi 5, and GNSS connectivity options. It also features a Mali-T880 MP2 GPU with a maximum frequency of 1GHz and supports up to 1920×1080 display resolution. The Helio P25 supports H.264 and H.265/HEVC video encoding and playback at 30fps.
