The MediaTek Helio X30, a successor to MediaTek Helio X27,  is a 10nm chipset featuring a deca-core CPU with dual ARM Cortex-A73 cores at 2.6GHz, four ARM Cortex-A53 cores at 2.2GHz, and four ARM Cortex-A35 cores at 1.9GHz. This configuration boosts performance by 35% and saves power by 50% over the Helio X20. It supports 3x Carrier Aggregation for 4G LTE-Advanced with up to 450MBit/s download speeds. 

Key features include CorePilot 4.0 for efficient task scheduling and thermal management, dual 14-bit ISPs for advanced camera capabilities, and a Vision Processing Unit (VPU) that offloads camera processing tasks from the CPU/GPU. The chipset supports up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.1 storage and features an IMG PowerVR 7XTP-MT4 GPU for superior graphics performance.
