The MediaTek Dimensity 1000L, the successor to the Dimensity 1000C, is a 5G-integrated SoC featuring four ARM Cortex-A77 cores and four ARM Cortex-A55 cores with a Mali-G57 MC5 GPU; the chipset supports 5G carrier aggregation for enhanced speeds and coverage, includes MediaTek 5G UltraSave technology for power savings, and the MediaTek NPU 3.0 for advanced AI processing. The Dimensity 1000C can power dual displays or single 120Hz displays, supports HDR10+ video playback, and features a 5-core ISP for superior camera performance.
The Dimensity 1000L, launched in 2020, is a high-performance mobile 5G ARM SoC designed by MediaTek and manufactured by TSMC on a 7 nm process.
