The MediaTek Helio G90 has a TDP of 5W and is manufactured using a 12nm process. It features AI acceleration, a Mali-G76 MP4 GPU, and 8 cores, with 2x Cortex-A76 cores at 2.05 GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 cores at 2 GHz. The processor supports up to 4K resolution at 30FPS, HDR, and 8GB LPDDR4X memory.
It also features eMMC 5.1 or UFS 2.1 storage, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS connectivity. The Helio G90 was announced in July 2019 as a mid-range processor, supporting up to 64MP cameras and various video codecs. Its successor, the Helio G90T, offers even faster performance and additional features.
