The MediaTek Helio X23, released in 2017, which is the successor of the Helio X20, features a deca-core CPU with 2x Cortex-A72 at 2.3 GHz, 4x Cortex-A53 at 1.85 GHz, and 4x Cortex-A53 at 1.4 GHz, paired with an ARM Mali-T880 MP4 GPU. The Helio X23 supports LPDDR3 memory and eMMC 5.1 storage and includes improved dual-camera capabilities with up to 32MP ISP, advanced depth processing, and enhanced noise reduction. It also integrates the MT6300 Envelope Tracking Module for better power efficiency, making it a more refined iteration compared to the Helio X20.
