The Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 family consists of various processors with different CPU and GPU configurations. Early models, MSM7225 and MSM7625, have a 528MHz ARM11 CPU and no dedicated GPU. Later versions, MSM7227 and MSM7627, feature an 800MHz ARM11 CPU and Adreno 200 GPU. The A-series variants (MSM7225A, MSM7625A, etc.) upgrade to a Cortex-A5 CPU (800MHz/1GHz) with Adreno 200 GPU. QSD8250 and QSD8650 processors have a 1GHz Scorpion CPU and Adreno 200 GPU. Its successor is Snapdragon S2
