Manufactured on a 28nm process, it features a dual-core 1.5GHz Krait CPU, Adreno 320 GPU, and Hexagon QDSP6 DSP and NPU. The processor supports LPDDR2-1066 RAM and 4G connectivity. Part of the Snapdragon S4 family, it succeeds the Snapdragon S3 and precedes the Snapdragon 800.
