The Snapdragon 808 processor boasts a powerful combination of Arm Cortex-A53 and Cortex-A57 processors (64-bit, up to 2 GHz), Qualcomm Hexagon DSP with All-Ways Aware technology, and Adreno 418 GPU with OpenGL ES 3.1 support. It also features advanced location capabilities, including GLONASS, Beidou, GPS, LTE OTDOA, and Assisted GPS, enabling pedestrian navigation, sensor-assisted navigation, and low-power geofencing and tracking. Its predecessor, the Snapdragon 805, offered similar features, including a quad-core Krait 450 CPU, Adreno 420 GPU, and support for 4K Ultra HD video capture and playback, but with slightly lower performance and power efficiency.
